Sir Speedy printed banners for our organization and the visuals were clear, vinyl quality was great and the colors matched the submitted file. Great customer service with Rehana as well!

I had to call after one week with no email or call regarding my project, then again at two weeks because there was still no update on the status of my order. I had to followed up multiple times just to get the project completed, which should not have been necessary in the first place. What really pushed this experience over the edge was the constant daily survey emails asking for feedback, only for the company to become upset when an honest review was left. Instead of addressing the poor communication and lack of follow-through, the response I received was a message stating they would no longer accept my business for future projects. After this experience, that won't be an issue. Professionalism is not just about taking orders and sending surveys, it's about communication, accountability, and how you treat customers when they voice legitimate concerns. I was assisted by Rehana.

My non-profit has used SirSpeedy for all our printing needs for many years. We are delighted with their products and especially with their customer service. They are so easy to work with, prompt with delivery, and collaborative in their approach. Highly recommend this wonderful printer!

By far the most professional, thoughtful, hard working wonderful company that goes so over and beyond it’s hard to comprehend. We put an order in last minute for flyer and programs to be printed, a car crashed into their store the next day and we got a message saying that they were committed to getting our orders out on time regardless. They then DROVE over and personally delivered the products. I will never, never ever order print requirements from any other company except this. It felt like family. Absolutely incredible service that is never seen these days. Thank you thank you thank you!

Very professional service and fast! Needed a bunch of signs made in two days, they had it done the next day! All the signs were perfect! Definitely coming back to use their services again! Thank you!
