This review is for Martell L on 06/02/26 @ 11:11pm. There was an issue i had to report, i called the main line (which is great that they’re open overnight), they sent Martell L over, and he HANDLED it! I believe the person was on something, that could have turned out dangerous, but he handled the de-escalation like a PRO!! Thank you Martell L. I know that was a lot, and you did very well.

5 stars for Chris This evening our Security Guard ,Chris, at Mission Bay Yacht found my purse and called me in less than 10 minutes that he found it. I did not know it was even missing. Went back to the club and Chris gave me my purse. Thanks for keeping such a good watchful eye and making sure all is safe.

I have had very good experience at our club with Kourosh(Chris). Having had personal property stolen from our club I appreciate his close attention to Who can access the premises. Some may complain about tight security, but better safe than sorry.

From the moment City Wide Protection Services began patrolling our community, I immediately felt a sense of reassurance. Their presence alone serves as a deterrent to potential security threats, giving me and my neighbors peace of mind knowing that our community is being actively monitored and protected. What sets City Wide Protection Services apart is their proactive approach to security. They don't just wait for incidents to occur; instead, they take proactive measures to prevent them from happening in the first place. Their well-trained security personnel are vigilant and attentive, always on the lookout for any signs of suspicious activity. I've been consistently impressed by the professionalism and courtesy displayed by City Wide Protection Services' staff. Whether it's a simple greeting as they make their rounds or providing assistance during an emergency situation, their dedication to providing top-notch customer service is evident. Highly recommend City Wide and hope we are able to keep them as our security provider for years to some.
