I started working with this firm through a friend's recommendation. The team did a good job until about 2023...When I still had access to the owner. However, mistakes were made in 2023 that cost me $600, including my being told an extension, and later, paperwork was filed when it wasn't. In paying 2024 tax, I will just say that there was a lot of poor communication, gaslighting, and gatekeeping involved and it was impossible to complain to Bruce directly
