I normally do not do reviews but I think it’s utterly necessary that I do this one. If I was you, I would stay away from these people at all cost. I had the unfortunate timing of working with Danielle Castro and me and my family had a horrible experience not only that she took the time to spread lies on the media about us or things that were not related to us that was related to other family members not only that Communication was bad and all overall it was a nightmare for our first time home buying. I recommend if you’re a veteran or a civilian to stay away and do business somewhere else. They will not have any decor, compassionate or understanding for you as a customer how you suggest you take your business somewhere else.

I had a very uncomfortable experience with Michael Nguyen from The Rise Group. After clearly telling him to stop contacting me, he continued to send messages anyway. I don't even know where he got my number from as I have never asked to be contacted by these people. At that point, the communication felt intrusive and harassing rather than professional. Respecting boundaries is essential in this line of work, and unfortunately that did not happen here. Because of this, I would not recommend working with him.

Finding rentals that are safe can be stressful, factor in it's for my daughter and roommate, doubles the stress. Limor was very accommodating! She listened to the particulars that I was looking for and found the perfect place for the girls! They love it!

Limor listed and sold my house in Ventura county a few years ago, and helped me find a beautiful house for lease in Woodland Hills. Both transactions were very smooth. She communicates often and explains everything which I appreciate. She also answers all my calls, which are often! Her lovely office is in the Sherman Oaks Galleria office’s, in building C.
