Kevin was amazing! When my mother passed away it overwhelming dealing with the estate. Kevin was patient and sympathetic to our situation. His ability to look it from a different perspective and be straightforward with us kept things really simple. Initially we rented the house to help cover some of the expenses while we were deciding what to do as family. During that time Kevin managed the property, dealt with the tenants, collected the rent and handled the maintenance. All me and my sister had to do was receive the deposits every month. 2 years later when we were finally ready to bring it to market Kevin was able to get us a great price. He was the right guy at the right time for us.
