What an agent! Mr. Chavarría went above and beyond with his real estate service. Al showed an amazing work ethic since day 1 of the buying process. Together with his team, they made my buying experience smooth and easy. Being a first time home buyer I was nervous, mainly from what I’ve seen in movies and friends, the stress levels running high. Not with Al, always calm and collected he made sure I got what I wanted for my family. Great experience overall. Thank you Al.

Al is a great guy I known him for decades, my family has known him for many years, he’s helpful, dependable, humble, it’s just his nature to be at service. If there’s a way to put you into your dream home or to your starter home, he will find it with a smile and sincerity…..

Albert was amazing!!! Very helpful and always extremely responsive. Amazing working with him!

I had the pleasure of working with Al on a difficult transaction for my buyer. We just closed escrow and he made it seamless. He was professional, responsive, kind, and very knowledgeable. I look forward to working with him again soon!

Very helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend to talk to him. Even tho I'm not ready to buy a home, I still had questions that he respectfully answered. When I'm ready, I know who to trust to buy my first home.
