I spoke with some guy named Jesus, at first he appeared helpful and asked me to send the proof of cockroach infestation. I sent him a bunch of documents including emails to management almost monthly since 2024 and two vector control reports from alameda county. First and foremost, he didn’t even look at the email and of course didn’t follow up with me. Then, when I called again he just kept blabbering about what I needed to do so I had to interrupt him and asked if he looked at my email, he said he didn’t. He said he would look and then get back to me. He never did, so I called again and he said he looked at one of the reports, only ONE report out of all the evidence I had sent him, emails, pictures, texts, and the two reports, he even cited the report completely incorrectly so it’s safe to assume the guy is incompetent or illiterate. I asked for someone else and he said he was the only one who could help. What a joke.
