I'm taking my time to write this review. Because I only write honest reviews. Thank you for their highly professional security service. I lost my kid in the property and they found it within 10 minutes. Security guards, it made me feel very comfortable by calming me down they gave me water and a chair to sit down thank guys .

While my medical transportation was at De Soto Plaza, someone attempted to vandalize my personal vehicle. Security responded promptly, assisted with contacting the police, and provided all necessary support throughout the situation. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Centaur Security Services for their professionalism and assistance.

I’m a daily customer at Erewhon and Equinox in Studio City and had a very concerning experience with security on April 28 around 4:00 PM. I was in the parking lot with my wife and two young kids, waiting (with my signal on) for a car to leave a space—something that happens constantly in this busy lot. Within seconds, a security guard (name tag: Turner) approached and began aggressively yelling at me to “keep moving.” I calmly explained I was waiting for the spot, but he continued raising his voice in a confrontational manner in front of my children, who became visibly scared. He then started taking photos of my family—including my minor children—and my vehicle while threatening to “report” us, despite us doing nothing wrong. After I parked, he continued taking photos and repeatedly refused to let me speak with a supervisor, saying he was “busy” and that his supervisor had “better things to do.” What stood out most was that shortly after, several other cars were waiting for parking spots in the exact same way, and he said nothing to them. This felt completely unnecessary and unprofessional. This is a high-end, family-oriented location, and this type of behavior from security is unacceptable.

Today I was in Studio City and experienced an issue in a parking lot. While this was happening, a security officer on a Segway approached me from the public sidewalk and immediately offered assistance. His name was Justin, and his professionalism, awareness, and willingness to help truly stood out. He handled the situation calmly and made sure everything was resolved safely. would also like to thank Centaur Security for having such a well-trained and professional team. This level of service makes a real difference. Highly recommended
