Not sure where these positive reviews are coming from! They must be bots. They are not great at communicating status of your case. I’m not one to bother weekly. I’ve asked maybe once a month since they go silent. And I’ve also called twice and left a voicemail and no response. I signed my offer letter May 22, 2026. I haven’t heard from them since. I really don’t know what else I’m waiting on. Very inconsiderate. Get some assistants or a receptionist.

I had a scary problem with my car and took it into to the dealer. They kept thinking they fixed it, only for it to continue to be a problem. I was told to call the Lemon Lawyers. They were so friendly and supportive. There was quite awhile to wait for settlement, but my car did finally get fixed in the meantime. I was thrilled when I did get a call from Lemon Lawyer after a settlement had been agreed upon. It was a larger sum than I expected. I really appreciate what they were able to do for me! A couple different choices were given me and I am happy with my decision! Thank you to the 3 lawyers and staff that worked with me....you were all very professional and helpful.

My experience was Amazing! First time doing a lemon law so I had no idea of what to expect. However my experience was extremely well, communication was great, if I had any questions they were answered and explained very well. They provided updates of the process and timeline of when it should settled. The process was smooth and settled sooner than I expected.
