C3 was proactive in reviewing with me the list of computers in our organization that were running windows 10 but that were not capable of running windows 11. Worked with us to update the ones that could be updated and replaced the ones that couldn’t. Also managed an IMCloud system/software update across my organization to handle all computers either remotely through overnight updates or remotely actively the following day. Love them!
