We live all the way in Inglewood, but we love coming to this Spectrum store in Torrance. The store is always clean, well-organized, and you can tell that every employee is constantly working to help customers. Any wait time is completely reasonable because they are giving each customer the attention they deserve.
We would like to congratulate the entire team for their outstanding service. A special thank you to Omar, the manager, and Tania, who have been absolutely amazing every time we've visited. We've been to this store on several occasions, and the experience has always been consistently excellent. We highly recommend this location for its exceptional customer service, professionalism, and organization. Thank you for the great work!

20 people in line and only 2 employees working… waiting for so long just to return equipment after cancellation of service.

It’s impossible to cancel service by phone as spectrum representative just taking you to the boiling point when you hang up without cancellation. I came to the store for this. Only 3 people of 8 are working and there’s a long waiting time. The representative in the store was friendly and professional, she helped me pretty fast

I came in to return equipment, but somehow ended up participating in a surprise game show called Guess When It’s Actually Your Turn.
I checked in, waited patiently, saw “Welcome” with my name on the board, and even got a text saying, “It’s your turn.” Naturally, I thought… wow, maybe it’s my turn.
Since I did not hear anyone call my name, I politely asked an employee who was not helping anyone else and showed her the message. Instead of a simple explanation, I got the energy of, “Why are you talking to me?” and was told not to look at the text, only listen for my name.
Okay. Fair enough. Except one second later, my text changed to “Thank you for your visit,” and my name disappeared from the waiting list completely — as if I had already completed my magical Spectrum journey and ascended into another dimension.
So yes, I had to ask again.
I understand the store was busy. That is not the issue. The issue is that the system said one thing, reality said another, and asking for clarification somehow felt like breaking a sacred rule.
After reading the reviews, I see this location is very consistent — just not in customer service.
