Marci was incredibly helpful in finding a team for a last-minute cleaning at one of my client’s rental properties. The team she sent did an amazing job. I was excited to use this company based on the previous reviews, but I was left disappointed after my service. I booked a one time clean for my apartment before my parents came to visit me. I was told by the ladies who arrived to my apartment that I would receive a notification once the job was completed. After 5+ hours with no text or email, I reached out to let them know I was returning home. They responded letting me know the service had been completed a while ago. Once I got home I saw there was dust all over my bed and on the floor, the stove top had missed areas, and I’m not even sure if the floors were mopped or not. My front door was also left unlocked even though I provided the information on how to lock it (which wouldn’t be a big deal if I was informed when the job was completed I would have come home straight away).

I had an amazing experience with MaidPro from start to finish! Marci was incredibly responsive, helpful and attentive through the entire booking process. She answered every question I had and even brought up important things I hadn't even thought to ask about. She was also very willing to work with me on payment options, which was extremely important and appreciated. On top of that, the quote I received fit perfectly within my budget. On the day of the cleaning, Tony did an absolutely excellent 5-star job! Everything looked fantastic, and the attention to detail was outstanding. I'm so happy with the entire experience and would HIGHLY recommend MaidPro to anyone looking for professional, reliable and caring service!
