Worst.

If I could give the customer service 0 stars I would, I can't get a hold of anyone regarding a records request. Horrible customer service

Acquired the company I had been with for years -- as with another reviewer, VRC promptly raised my rate 6 times (yes, SIX TIMES) what it had been. I don't need that much storage space but I was told Vital Records Control would not negotiate on anything -- pay the minimum or go elsewhere. Spoiler alert, I am moving to a different storage company with reasonable rates.

Took over my long-standing law office records storage, from a local company. Promptly nearly tripled the monthly rate. Completely uncooperative with closing the account; currently trying to charge me in advance for an extra two months of storage after my records are destroyed.
