Joe, is very unprofessional!! Talks over people. Arrogant to its max!! Then he gives false information ( defamation of character ) then he gets offended for calling him out!! He wants me to respect him when he’s being disrespectful. To a female! I’m not going to let him belittle me!! Absolutely not!! The securities are not doing their job. I’ve seen them just let’s people in, no questions asked!! We pay $53 monthly for them to do their job right!! It’s not my responsibility to let my guests know the rules!! Something has to be done!! We can’t let Joe humiliate us!! Towing people cars, just because your lazy employees aren’t following protocol!! And most of the times they’re just on their phones!!

absolutely disgusting customer service, they yell at you and belittle you. Security wouldn’t even give me his name and hung up on me

Excellent business. Very professional security guard employees..

This is the number I call whenever I have to safe-list a visiting vehicle for my complex and I have had nothing but good experiences. Whoever typically works from 6pm through the night, y’all are the best and I really appreciate the customer service!! Keep up the good work! Sincerely, JESSICA (yes, that one)

Alert Response is the IDEAL security company! They are always very responsive and so pleasant to deal with. The security dispatch and personnel are very professional and easy to communicate with no matter what situation I have come across. I highly recommend their services! They make the community safer to live in with their presence alone.
