I don’t have enough words to describe one stop telecom and how helpful they are! Josiah is honest, hard working, smart, efficient and knows what he’s doing. His entire team also had always been patient with us to reboot our entire phone system and streamline our office procedure highly recommend them for your IT needs !!! Also there have been a few times when I’ve reached out to him in a panic and it was ranging from helping me open a flash drive which it says more about me the operator to helping me with time sensitive malware thank you Josiah and team

Great experience with One Stop Communications! They installed new Yealink phones at our business, Speedway Muffler, and everything works perfectly. The team was professional, fast, and very helpful throughout the whole process. Also very patient and detailed with me as I’m not tech savvy. Thank you guys!

Making the switch to One Stop Telecom was a smooth and easy process. I worked with Josiah in setting up the phone lines and fax for my business. Josiah was very professional and helpful in the way he explained how everything worked and made it easy to understand how to operate our new phone systems. If anyone is considering making the switch, then I highly recommend switching One Stop Telecom.

One Stop Telecom has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Their customer service is truly stellar—responsive, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. We’ve worked with them on multiple installations for our health and wellness center. Services included camera systems, telephone setup, and full integration with our 3rd-party internet service provider. Every member of their team has been professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to ensure everything was set up correctly and functioning seamlessly, which gave us complete peace of mind. If you’re looking for a reliable, all-in-one telecommunications solution with exceptional service, we highly recommend One Stop Telecom.

One Stop has been amazing at helping me reshape my business by their expert knowledge and access to business phone systems that is taking us to the next level. We had probably one of the most complicated phone systems utilizing three different phone service providers with about 30 phone lines across 13 different companies to be able to communicate with customers the way we needed. The Yealink phone system recommended and installed at our company has been a game changer allowing not just the customer service reps in the office handle incoming and outgoing calls better, it has connected our field techs and remote workers to the office allowing for smoother internal communication. The customer support staff is unmatched. I have dealt with multiple service providers for the last two decades, always getting the runaround trying to get the simplest task or change done. Their response was helpful, done in a timely manner, and the ability to communicate where they understand me without repeating myself over and over again has taken a lot of stress out of having to make changes to the system. I would give 10 stars if I could. Anyone with a large business with multiple operators down to a one person business can benefit from the services from One Stop and at the same time, reduce your telecommunications costs. It's a no brainer. Great service, great value.
