They dont do their jobs, which can cause people to get hurt. What a joke.

Aug. 10th of this year, after our apartment complex management instructed our tenants to call Fidelity if we saw any questionable people or suspicious activity, I made 3 calls to their field security number. All 3 calls went directly to their voicemail. I left the same 3 messages with my name, all contact info and messages. An individual that had a current restraining order against him, filed by another tenant, approached me while I was walking my dog. He stated several times that he "had a GUN in his back pocket and I should call the police and say he would be on this site all night." As per our managements instructions, I called Fidelity. They NEVER returned my calls, came to my apartment, nor did their office staff follow up the next morning about my calls. To me, their lack of response was a total DERILICTION OF DUTY! I then notified management about the refusal on Fidelity's part to act on my calls and their violation of the contractual agreement. Manager said she would research. She got back to me and said the president of Fidelity implied he had spoken to me, which he or they had NOT done and I could prove that fact. Then Fidelity admitted to management that they had spoken to another tenant and included her name! I then, upon management instructing me to do so, sent several emails and texts to Fidelity and the president. I wanted a letter of explanation for their DERILICTION OF DUTY and an apology for inferring I was lying! To date, I have not received any thing! Also, maybe if Fidelity had reviewed my contacts, it would have prevented my incident with this man as well as him detaining another resident in one of our elevators and then avoided a liquor store robbery! Fidelity is not so reliable, nor professional, nor concerned about their responsibilities!
