I called Charles for structural advice regarding a home I was purchasing. I needed a master suite designed, but first, the home had a lot of red flags. It had an unpermitted structure possibly located on leech fields. Charles helped by pointing out inspector fines, septic tank issues, and city water fees, among other things. He also explained the extensive permitting process and that could ensue as a result. He thoroughly discussed best and worst case scenarios with me, and was clear and easy to understand. It was obvious that he is very experienced and knowledgeable. I didn’t end up buying this particular house but would definitely use Charles in the event that I need an architect.
