I have been working with Eli Zilberstein and Total Capital for the last 11 years. I have found him to be honest straightforward and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Total Capital for your real estate needs. Whether it is renting or buying real estate you can definitely trust Eli to get you a fair deal.

My business got kicked off these Google listings and this forced me to find and rent an office, so I went looking for something affordable that should fix this situation. I'm so lucky to have found Eli and his services. I had a really great experience when I came to these folks to rent office space. They are very courteous and efficient, and they offer great and affordable office spaces. I couldn't recommend them more highly!!!
