This is a great place to get everything for your house. From dinning room sets, to patio furniture. They buy items from hotels that are in good shape and sell it at a discount. The only thing is that it's sometimes hit or miss. Once we walked away with mother load of stuff we had to get a U-Haul. Another time we went we didn't find anything. Also the staff there is friendly and willing to help you and can sometimes on some iteams offer more of a discount. Highly recommend!

I came here to inquire about walnut furniture, got chloform ragged. When I regained consciousness I was suspended 25 feet in the air in the main part of the warehouse in my boxers for all the other customers to see, similar to Jesus back in the day but without the spikes. The owner ended up letting me down after a day or so (great guy) and after making an example of me to his employees (heartfelt experience!) I was given a 15% discount on a desk and ottoman. I'll definitely be back, thanks!

This place offers old furniture from hotels, gently used furniture from staging, and some is supposedly brand new. The staff is friendly, greeting upon entry and will check on you while shopping on the floor as well. There's a wide variety of furniture from tv stands, couches, dining sets, beds, accent chairs, etc. Most items have a set price, and some items have negotiable pricing. The reason I gave a three is because most pieces are unreasonably expensive considering it's used. For the prices they charge, I could just go to a regular store. I also scored a bit lower because they don't offer delivery, which limits what I will shop for from there. You can definitely find nice items, and it's good to check out as a different place to shop but again, price may have you walking out empty handed. Good for at least one go 'round.

Mixed Experience with Delivery and Product Issues I purchased a king headboard with nightstands and a credenza from Hotel Surplus Outlet. The headboard set is fantastic—exactly what I was hoping for, solid quality and looks great in my space. However, the experience with the credenza was less than ideal. They initially delivered the wrong piece, though they were very pleasant on the phone and assured me that the correct credenza, with the small refrigerator and safe, would arrive in a couple of days. While the replacement did arrive, it looked vastly different in color compared to what I saw in the warehouse. They told me it was due to lighting, but I moved it to different spots in my home and the color still looked off. Additionally, the doors didn’t align the same way as in the showroom photo I took, so I know it was not the exact piece. Unfortunately, the delivery process caused some damage, my floors were scratched, and I found plastic nail-on glides that had fallen off the furniture in my driveway. They would have protected my floors had they were on the credenza. In addition the side of the credenza was also banged up, with chips of laminate left behind. I tried contacting them again and asked for an email to send photos, but never received a response. To top it off, the refrigerator included in the credenza never worked. It lit up when plugged in, but never cooled. Given the lack of follow-up on my earlier issue, I didn’t bother calling again. Overall, the people were nice, and part of my order was great—but the delivery damage, lack of communication, and faulty appliance bring this experience down.

Great prices for high quality furniture! Definitely worth the trip across town to visit.
