This company is an absolute joke! They provide their so-called 'service' to my apartment complex. I would give them negative stars, if that were an option! I can't really think of any time they've actually remedied a situation that they were asked to address. In fact, most of the time they will get angry at YOU for merely calling in a complaint! My favorite is when they say "ok, we'll send someone over" and then abruptly hang up- before I even told them where I live! Needless to say, they never showed up, lol. God forbid that someone actually asks them to do their job, I guess, or at least that's 100% the vibe I get from these people. I'm so puzzled by why my apartment continues to use this company that my working theory is that there has to be some kind of nepotism/kickbacks going on, especially considering that the previous security company (Archon Protection)was very responsive (and courteous to boot, unlike 'L.A. Security & Patrol"- which is the biggest misnomer ever, as they barely do any security and they certainly don't patrol, lol). I would never recommend this company for anything!

I have called 5 times for help. Not one has someone answered. I waited on hold 30 minutes. No one.
