The ordering process was surprisingly confusing and ended up costing me a lot more time and money than expected. I placed an order for a real estate sign and was later charged $80 for shipping. After trying to understand why the shipping was so expensive, I eventually discovered that there are separate Dee Signs companies/websites, and my order had been processed through the Ohio location rather than the California location. The problem is that there was no clear indication during the ordering process that I was purchasing from an out-of-state location. Had I known there was a California location, I would have ordered through that company instead and avoided the excessive shipping charges. Why do they have two separate websites?! To make matters worse, they delivered the sign to an address that I never entered into the order and I now have to make a trip to Sacramento to retrieve the sign. The sign itself may be perfectly fine, but the ordering experience was very frustrating. Better transparency about which location customers are ordering from and the associated shipping costs would go a long way toward preventing this kind of confusion.

Dee signs has been my go to for almost 2 decades.

Incredible customer service!! They were extremely fast and responsive. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have used Dee Company since the 1990s. They are a professional company, with the best graphic artists & customer service. I appreciate their reliability. The quality of their products is top notch. My open house signs last forever & yard signs are so well made they still look brand new after all these years. I like adding the solar lights feature for evening exposure. I’m Los Angeles based but I recently had a listing in San Diego. Dee Sign had my for sale sign up within 1 business day. Super pleased. Thank you Dee Sign!

Dee Sign Company is a magnificent company that manufactured my Real Estate signs for 20 plus years. There prices & quality customer service are unmatched. They also store my signs, install & remove them. All The Best!
