We are so grateful to have worked with Sina and BuildForm Design on our two-phase remodeling project, which included adding a full second story to our home. Despite facing many challenges and dealing with very difficult city plan checkers, Sina’s perseverance, creativity, and dedication got us through the entire process and secured full approvals. His architectural design is not only highly professional but also beautiful and thoughtfully planned. Sina was always available to answer questions, even late at night or on weekends, and he worked closely with our contractor to keep everything on track during permitting and inspections. On top of all that, his fees were more than reasonable given the level of service and effort he put into our project. The process took longer than expected, but we are certain it would have been far worse without Sina’s guidance. He truly cares about his clients and their projects, and we can’t recommend him and BuildForm Design enough!
