We used Moving Pros to move us from California to Idaho. We were having a home built so we had them move everything into a conex until we were ready for our things. It took longer than we anticipated with costs of building going up, but we finally got to our last box. Do you know that nothing was broken or damaged from the move and then sitting I storage for so long. We looked at any moving services and I would recommend Moving Pros without hesitation. They were great to work with and treated us as if we were family. Please consider them over the big movers that everyone hears about. Their cost was also so much better than everyone else. I don’t plan on moving again but will definitely have friends or family use them if they ever need it.

We had an excellent experience with Moving Pro for our move from Irvine to Knoxville and Dallas! From the first phone call , Vicky and Haim were very communicative, very helpful in answering our questions and transparent with the pricing. Part of our family was moving to Knoxville and the rest to Dallas (temporarily) so we had planned for all our household goods to go to Knoxville and semi furnish the apartment in Dallas and for only the cars to go to the two different places. The moving date and packing was all set and on the previous day Vicky asked us why the two cars were going to the different destinations. After hearing the situation, Vicky worked with Haim to find a perfect solution for us. Vicky said that the moving route Haim has planned to take, had Austin as the next stop so they could arrange a stop to Dallas and drop off part of the household goods to our Dallas destination!! The packed boxes were all spread in different rooms. She asked us to put yellow colored sticky notes on all the boxes that we wanted to go to Dallas. The crew arrived on time and were very professional. The boxes arrived at the correct destinations in perfect condition. We have 2 custom made beds with storage which are very heavy and have complex assembly steps which the crew handled very well. Haim personally oversaw the packing and moving process. The move to the two destinations with just one day advance planning notice was super efficient and seamless! This shows that Moving Pro truly goes above and beyond to surpass customer expectations. We would absolutely recommend Moving Pro!! I will certainly be using them again in the future!

My husband and I recently moved from Los Angeles to Brooklyn NY and we're so happy we found Moving Pro Inc. Our move wasn't the easiest, we had to move during the holidays and my husband has a lot of books (over 90 boxes worth!). Vicky really worked with us to find a scheduling solution that worked for everyone. They also gave us a great deal, easily the most affordable moving company we got quotes from. The movers themselves were efficient and kind, move out and move in days went very smoothly. I'm so happy we went with a partial pack, it made our move so much easier. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a moving company!

This will hopefully be my last review of Moving Pro because hopeful I am done moving. I think I have used Vicky, Haim and Sergio about five or six times now. The crazy part is that I stopped even getting competing bids after the first time. There is no way I would use anyone else. You can go ahead and compare prices when it is your turn to move but don't forget that there is a HUGE part of moving that goes beyond the cost. Originally (five years and five moves ago) my wife and I just wanted to know that we were getting a good price for a service but also wanted to make sure that we were getting good quality service. We researched, we called several moving companies, we tried to learn which companies actually are careful and considerate of your belongings and which ones send out a team of clowns that hurriedly pack your stuff. Your first clue is that Haim actually comes out and goes through your house with you and evaluates the situation... quite a few companies don't want to come out and spend an hour giving you what winds up being a free estimate that does not get them work. Then Vicky follows up and Vicky is thorough and smart and has a lot of personality so you are kind of charmed by these two from the get-go. By FAR, what stands out with Vicky and Haim is that you feel connected to the company... you're not talking to a different representative everyday that just come out and perform a service. You are talking with two people and only two people... Vicky and Haim... and it feels like they are paying attention to details and trying to earn your business.

Moving Pros handled our household goods move twice. Once when we had a water incursion which caused us to move all of our main floor furniture to storage while the house was repaired. The second was for a major, total household goods move from Irvine, CA to Greenville, South Carolina. Both moves were excellent. The personnel who packed and moved us were careful and professional. Everything was done according to schedule and with no price surprises. It felt more like dealing with a family that cared about our move than what it is like with a big, impersonal company.
