Tracey with the service department is phenomenal. This company is awesome and did I mention Tracey with the service department is truly phenomenal. I also can't say enough good things about Mike, I mean what a guy and how could I forget Jason now that guy is also a great manager. Need I say more? No but I will leave this review by saying this.. if the management is great you can just imagine how the amazing the workers on the field are. If there was a way I could leave 10 stars out of 5 I would.

Low Voltage Integrated Systems provided outstanding service from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable, completing our sprinkler system repairs quickly and helping us successfully pass our annual fire inspection. Tracey, Jason, and Mike A. are the absolute BEST! Communication was excellent throughout the process, and they took the time to answer our questions and ensure everything was completed correctly. I HIGHLY recommend Low Voltage Integrated Systems for their exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.

Jason Kenyon, Tracey Terry and the alarm techs, Jacob and Nathan have provided superior service for fire alarm repairs and inspections. Most recently, they quickly assisted with repairs and corrections required as part of our Fire Alarm Upgrade project. We are thankful for their partnership and ‘can do’ attitudes.
