Working with McLain Properties was such a smooth and supportive experience from start to finish. Khira was incredibly efficient, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything feel clear and well-guided, which we really appreciated during a big transition. Grateful for how seamless she made it all feel.

McLain Properties really nailed it! Their application and move-in process is solid. This team really has a lot of heart and integrity. Khira is an absolute gem to work with! She was very attentive from start to finish with personally processing my application and answering all of my questions along the way. She is someone who truly cares for others and strives for her clients to have a great experience. This is a quality that seems to be more and more rare these days, so I truly appreciated the sincerity and heart she put into her exchanges with me. Again, the McLain Team is awesome. I also worked with Patricia, who is incredible and ensured we had all of our ducks in a row throughout. They all did a ton of leg work to make applying and moving-in as easy, thorough, and efficient as possible. Shoutout to Tomas, he is great and very in tune with his craft! Thanks, McLain Team!

I have been renting from McLain Properties since 2022 and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them! Everyone we have met and communicated with from McLain properties are very nice and they make sure the property we're renting is taken care of. They are extremely prompt any time an issue arises and they make sure to send a referral right away to one of their vendors to assess and fix whatever the issue. Their assigned vendors (plumbing, contractors, etc.) are also extremely prompt once they receive the referral and they all have been amazing! Jewel, the maintenance coordinator is always on top of things and ensures referrals are made promptly when a maintenance request is submitted. Our property manager Jessica is also very easy to get in contact with during the times I've had to reach out to her.

McLain Properties rocks!! My husband & I just recently moved into one of their properties and since the showing - the staff has been attentive, informative, and just overall so great to work with. They were able to get a plumber out to our house literally the following day after I had written to them about it. We've had other rentals in the past, but this management company is hands down the best. We don't plan on leaving anytime soon either. Special shout out to Khira for being our go to contact person, she's been nothing but amazing (& deserves a raise)!! We will be recommending them to everyone!

I can’t express enough how happy I am and my team partnership with McLain. I have a cleaning service company in North County of San Diego. McLain has been consistently sending cleaning projects to us whether it’s a Move-Out or Move-In Ready cleaning. They have a superb system and documentation for every property condition with pictures and detail notes showing to me and my team. This really helps my team knowing what situation we will be facing and that way we could bring proper tools and equipment for the project in order to provide the best service to their renters or owners. I do want to point out McLain’s seamless communication is all because Khira Capio. She always friendly to assist any questions that I have in a professional manner. Overall, based on my great experience I would highly recommend any vendor working with McLain.
