This company is horrible. Their agents are condescending, disrespectful and instead of de escalating a situation, they make it worse. Ignacio at Best Buy is the person whom we had an interaction with. They are disrespectful to customers, and they racial profile.

If I could I'd put ZERO stars! All their positive reviews are made by fake accounts! Don't book this company at all! ... While attempting to shop at Bel Air grocery store in Natomas, CA, I was harassed and discriminated against by one of their security guards names Officer Robinson. The guard was completely unprofessional, using disrespectful language and approached me into my personal space as if he wanted to physically harm me. He then proceeded to push my shopping cart out the door while I was speaking to the store manager in efforts to file a formal complaint. I was not in violation of any policies or rules, simpler entered the store and was met with rudeness that I’ve never experienced in years of shopping at this particular store! I will be filing a civil lawsuit for these actions against me, and I hope this company will terminate the guard who chose to violate my civil rights. Do not use this company, the guards are obviously unprofessional, uneducated and poorly trained!!

I booked security for 1 guard for an event. The assigned person was confirmed before the event, payment made. No one showed up because the person was on vacation in another state and didn't know he was supposed to be working. Not the first scheduling snafu I've had with this group. Edit after reply: A previous event happened at the same location (mine), although not booked by me. Two hours prior to the event no guards were assigned, explanation given was that email with contract and payment went to spam. We had hired 4, you were able to scramble and get 2 for us in time. I tried to rebook with one of those two and had this new issue.

Terrible experience with this company!!!!! I completed the contract spoke with the same person on 2 occasions and then she just left the office and never processed my contract. No security showed up and they didn't seem to care. I even followed up after sending the contract electronically to make sure everything was in order. When the off duty officer was not there 5 minutes after my requested time I called and they said we messed up no one is coming. Terribly unprofessional If I could give 0 stars or a negative that would be more fitting.

We have worked with Off Duty Officers for the past 3 possibly 4 years! We organize a large Art and Wine Festival as a Fund Raiser once a year. Off Duty Officers have been our go to company for the Security that is needed. They have dedicated employees that show up on time and are dedicated to doing a good job and are pleasant to work. Their staff make preparing the proposal and paying the invoice very easy so there is no stressing. I would highly recommend Off Duty Officers if you are looking for a Security Company !
