Very good quality of the product (we purchased the BMB amplifier). Great service with detailed and patient instruction on wiring. Strongly recommended!

I found YCKTVUSA through a friend’s recommendation. Before visiting, I gave Bruce, the owner, a call for some advice, and he suggested I come by the store to try things out in person before deciding. I drove an hour to check it out, and it was totally worth the trip. I ended up going with the full deluxe flagship KTV system. The installation went super smoothly — Bruce was incredibly professional with the setup and tuning, and he took his time to walk me through how to use everything and how to fix common issues. I’m super happy with how amazing the sound quality turned out, and I’ll definitely be recommending YCKTVUSA to my friends who love karaoke.

Highly recommend YC KTV! Bruce is very knowledgeable and professional. He paid great attention to detail when setting up the karaoke system, making the whole process smooth and easy. He was also very patient in explaining and showing us how to use everything.
