I had the pleasure of working with Ricky. He was so helpful and informative, which made the whole moving process easy. The application process was quick. Ricky was very kind and helped address any and all questions I had with the property. So grateful for the overall positive experience!

My family and I had the pleasure working with Ricky, he has been so helpful and informative through our moving process. Our application was accepted and approved within a day, Ricky always stood in contact and never left me without a response. We are so grateful for his fast replies and his patience working with us. We’re beyond thankful for him and the entire company.

Real Property Management Fairmate has been great to work with—very responsive, organized, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

The response team from the management company is great. They have a quick respond time to all requests and inquiries. Overall the interactions I have had with the team have been amazing. Highly recommend renting from any of their properties. Ricky , one of the employees, has been so amazing through the tour, application, rental, and moving in process.

The response was so fast from the moment we inquired about the unit in the market for rent, with the next two days we heard that we were eligible to move into the unit, the application was done, our records were already checked out and the lease was signed Ricky helped out to set The portal to make the monthly payment easier and safe. Very good property management, We are very happy
