had a very disappointing experience dealing with Scott Woods, Vice President of ITS at Frontier Communications. Our internet service was disconnected for over a week, which is completely unacceptable—especially since we operate an urgent care clinic where reliable internet is critical for patient care. Despite the urgency, there was no accountability, no timely resolution, and no sense of responsibility from leadership. What made the situation worse was the lack of support. We were not provided with any backup internet option, and instead were asked to pay an additional $900 just to get temporary service. On top of that, when we requested to cancel due to the ongoing outage, they refused and tried to charge us a $3,700 cancellation fee. Meanwhile, the issue is still not resolved, and we were told it may take several more days. Thankfully, Verizon Communications stepped in and helped us secure backup internet—something Frontier should have done from the start. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a healthcare facility. I would strongly caution others before relying on Frontier for any critical business needs.

I gave ITS a gold star because their technical support is the real deal. I reached out with an issue that had been slowing me down for weeks, and their team jumped on it immediately. No runaround, no transfers, no “please hold while we escalate this”—just straight problem-solving. They diagnosed the issue fast, explained everything clearly, and had me back up and running in less time than I expected. It’s rare to find a support team that’s both genuinely knowledgeable and actually cares about getting things resolved quickly, but ITS nailed it. If you want a telecom partner that treats your time like it matters, these are the people you want in your corner.

I can't say enough about ITS and the excellent, over-the-top customer service we have received! Every time we call we are met with friendly, expeditious service. Kevin and Shelly have gone out of their way to help us every time we have a question or need assistance. ITS is not only reliable but they understand the true meaning of customer service. I HIGHLY recommend ITS!

We have had great service with ITS. They are very responsive when called with always a pleasant and professional demeanor. We are an accounting firm that depends on our internet to exist and depend on ITS to keep us running. We have had other IT servers before and by far this firm has been the best.
