Things started off OK. Hugo called and took down my info, and said he would run everything though the next day. Nearly 24 hours later he did not do anything. I emailed him and he asked for some of the same info I already gave. An hour later I got 1 quote with not as great prices, some was based off some bad info. I emailed him back asking him to correct the info, asked some follow up questions and asked if there were any other companies he could try. 1 week later and there was zero communication. I typed my info directly into 2 different insurance companies and was able to save about $500 off what Hugo's single quote was.
