It has been such a pleasure and wonderful experience working with Stan from True Lines custom design . He assisted with acquiring the necessary permits for legalizing my attic to an adu. Prior to working with True Lines, I was working on legalizing my attic for about 7 years. Within 7 months of working with Stan our plans/permit were approved. He's very knowledgeable, communicative and responsive- which is a big plus!! I highly recommend True Lines for all your ADU / architectural and engineering projects. Whether it's new or existing you're in great hands. I'm looking forward to continue working with Stan on future projects! Thank you for your expertise, guidance, and dedication to getting my project completed. Your hard work , time and consistency is truly appreciated!

I can't express enough how amazing Stan is. I have never worked with an engineer who is as readily available and responsive as he is. His knowledge and thoroughness in his work are impressive. I have completed multiple projects involving the installation of manufactured homes, and he has prepared all my site plans. Additionally, he has designed custom carport plans for me. I will continue to rely on him for all my current and future projects. His prices are very reasonable, and I trust that every quote he provides is competitive. I highly recommend True Lines Custom Design and refer anyone I know who is looking for an outstanding engineer.

I hired Stan to design plans for a fire restoration project and for a garage conversion to ADU on the same property. He was very professional and gave me great ideas for the design. Stan gave us a completion date and finished the plans on time. Also when we submitted the plans to the county he was in communication during the entire time until they were approved. Even during the construction phase if we had a question Stan was accessible. I highly recommend him.

I've used True Lines on many of my projects for the past 6 years now. Very knowledgeable team that has always gotten us through the permitting process much faster than others. I believe communication is key for a successful project, that is also why I use Stan. Always a pleasure to work with!!!
