Neda was truly a pleasure to work with and is an incredibly hardworking and professional businessperson. After losing our home in the Palisades Fire, navigating the rebuild process was extremely challenging. Between our HOA and the multiple layers of Los Angeles County approvals, getting our permit was not easy. Neda stood by her word the entire time. Even during the final back-and-forth with the County, she never gave up. She went to the office daily and stayed persistent until our permit was approved. Her dedication, integrity, and follow-through gave us real peace of mind during a very difficult time. I highly recommend her without hesitation and can't wait to work with her again in the future.
