I truly don’t know what I would have done without Jeff. I had a bad tenant no payment and went ghost only to find out my home was full of other strangers. Jeff went above and beyond with all the court filings and entire eviction process! Thank you Jeff!

I called E Z Evictions, because I had some general questions about a slum lord. I spoke with Jeff and he is very knowledgeable. Jeff gave me a lot of good information. Jeff also helped my friend and prevented him from getting evicted. He is very responsive. My landlord keeps losing my money order. I keep a copy of my money orders and I always fill them out, but they are saying I never turned in my money orders. Thank you Jeff !!

Truly the most horrible phone call I have ever had. I have a client at my job facing eviction and have been attempting to help her try to find some legal help and advice. We called this number and the man on the phone escalated extremely quickly and started YELLING. I do not know what kind of business they are running but treating anyone in that way is unprofessional and inappropriate. He further began to try to talk over both of us when trying to inform him of the reason for eviction. I would absolutely NEVER contact this organization.

So as an attorney I think this guy is great for answering right away and giving an honest opinion immediately upon receipt of my call. The problem is that I think is view of the law is quite biased in favor of the property owner. That’s fine he is owner counsel but, and I may prove to be wrong, but there are tenant rights that I believe a situation like this would expand upon rather than constrain. Maybe it’s just me not liking the advice I heard but if you want to evict someone this is your guy. Obviously do not call if you are facing eviction

Walter is a liar! Do not use this company! As other reviewers reported, he was rude and lie. He told me he would take care of my case every time I called but no actual actions! My eviction action got delayed by them at least 2 months. Totally not professional and a waste of time and money!
