Monthly incident reports have been thorough and easy to read. Our property owner reviews them and has been satisfied with the documentation quality. Little things like that build confidence in a vendor.

I’ve had a great experience with Citiguard. The team was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend Citiguard to anyone looking for a company they can trust!

I've been working with Steve for 7 years now and services are always better and better and our officer Armando has been here since day 1 and is great

My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with My Security Guards for several of our companies, and they have consistently exceeded our expectations. From corporate security to executive protection, their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail have been second to none. We’ve also trusted them to provide executive protection for our friends, family members, and clients, and every experience has been outstanding. Their team is highly trained, punctual, respectful, and knows how to make people feel safe without being intrusive. They understand that every situation is unique and always tailor their services to meet our specific needs. In business, trust is everything, and My Security Guards has earned ours time and time again. If you’re looking for a security company that operates with integrity, professionalism, and the highest level of service, I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to the entire team for everything you do. We look forward to continuing our partnership for many years to come.

I’m happy to have selected Citiguard for our security for our office building. We bid out different security companies and Citiguard was the most professional and efficient out of all of them. Within the first week they took care of a last minute problem and were all hands on deck. Great company and would highly recommend!
