The service provided by Xennect is responsive and excellent. These VOIP phones have enabled us to work from anywhere! With desktop phones at home and in the office and a mobile app that can reach us on the go, we never miss an important call. Voicemail is transcribed and sent to us. It has made our business keep in touch with clients, giving us a safe and competitive edge during the pandemic.

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this service has been. After years with Ring Central, we made the move to Xennect. The transition was easy and seamless, and Xennect helped with every step of the process. The exemplary customer service we received from start up through final set up was fantastic! I love that we spoke direct to knowledgeable tech people in America, not some offshore service where I needed to be continually transferred to some supposedly more qualified support person with limited English skills.
