Ideal Janitorial did a fantastic job with our move-in cleaning service. The two cleaners were efficient and thorough. The moment I walked through the door it smelled so fresh and clean—all ready for us to move in. We opted to add the refrigerator and oven cleaning and I’m so glad we did. The previous owners left the freezer pretty dirty, and I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened the freezer to find it spotless. They did a walk through with my husband after they were done to point out some of the areas they were not able to remove marks, stains, etc. I highly recommend hiring them to clean your place before moving in. Well worth the money.

This move-out cleaning service was incredibly disappointing. The cleaning was nowhere near professional. It appeared the cleaner only used Lysol wipes and a broom, with no proper cleaning supplies or equipment. Cabinets, sinks, faucets, the oven, stove, and refrigerator were all left dirty. The entire place still needed to be cleaned after they left. On top of that, the cleaner behaved unprofessionally and asked inappropriate questions throughout the appointment. It was obvious they were inexperienced and not properly trained. I don't blame the cleaner personally—that responsibility falls on the company for sending someone who wasn't adequately prepared. Instead of taking accountability, the company ended up blaming the cleaner rather than addressing the real issue: their lack of training and quality control. In the end, I had to clean everything myself, completely defeating the purpose of paying for a move-out cleaning service. I requested a refund. The only positive part of my experience was that customer service was very responsive, and I appreciate that. Unfortunately, responsiveness doesn't make up for the poor quality of the actual service. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

We had an excellent move-in cleaning experience! The team arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to detail. The quality of the cleaning exceeded our expectations, and every area of the house looked spotless when they finished. They were also professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable for the level of service provided. We truly appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality cleaning service. Thank you for helping us start off in our new home with such a clean and fresh space!

At move out of our apartment, I realized that we had accumulated ALOT of stuff over 3 years of living in the same place and cleaning up after move out just became overwhelming and unmanageable for me to complete. Thats when I called ideal professional services and the couple they sent to help me get the place back to move in condition did an absolutely amazing job. I have attached before and after pictures so you can see for yourself.

My experience with Ideal Professional Cleaning Company was beyond my expectations. The duplex had been left unattended to for several months and these professionals brought the laminate flooring back to its natural condition and the 8 year old rug looks amazing. As for the wood work, windows, walls , stove and refrigerator… the ladies work was impeccable. Thanks to all. Denise N.
