I’ve worked with Jack as my realtor 4 separate times, and that alone says everything about how much I trust him. he’s helped me on both the buy/sell side, and every single time he’s been professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. The appraisers, the other opposite agent, the escrow, the exchange company all have said high praises of him. What really sets Jack apart is how much he genuinely cares about getting the details right. He’s gone above and beyond in ways you don’t always see, like bringing in his own handyman to knock out repairs before an open house, and even showing up with a ladder in his car to replace smoke detector batteries before the appraiser arrived. It’s the little things like that that make a huge difference. He’s also a strong and fair negotiator, and I always feel like he’s looking out for my best interests. When deals are close to falling apart, he finds way to close. When a deal falls apart, he's upfront and straight up.
