Avoid this place at all cost. At the time of drop off I had set an 11 am pick up for the next day. I contacted George at 10:25 am to confirm the 11 am pick up. I received a response at 11:45 am at which point I was already off to an appointment in LA. I returned at 3:00 pm and was asked to pay $125 additional otherwise the employee picking up would have to pay the company out of his pocket. Absolutely absurd considering that they were the ones that missed the set pick up time, not me. This is clearly a shop that is out to get more money out of people and lacks any sort of transparency or commitment to their word. There are way better AV rental companies in Orange County.
