**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** Five stars to the best security company in Orange County! I had a very important Package that was mistakenly delivered to the wrong location late at night. I called to see if they could help, and the dispatcher along with Officer Jimenez responded immediately. They went above and beyond to help me locate my package quickly. I truly appreciate their fast response and professionalism. Highly recommend this company!

I’ve had a great experience with South Coast Public Safety. Their training program is thorough and well-structured, covering essential areas for real-world safety. The instructors emphasize: - Tactics: Practical, scenario-based drills that build decision-making under pressure. - Gun safety: Strict safety protocols, proper handling, and storage guidelines to prevent accidents. - Clearing buildings: Step-by-step procedures for safe entry, surveillance, and exit strategies. - People interactions: De-escalation techniques, communication skills, and cultural awareness to reduce risk and improve outcomes. - Law information: Clear explanations of relevant laws and rights, with practical implications for field operations. What sets them apart is the leadership and hands-on involvement of CEO Jaylen French. He participates directly in training alongside the patrol and standing guards, bringing real-world experience to every session. This isn’t just theory—he demonstrates techniques, stresses the importance of safety, and provides actionable feedback. Jaylen also integrates MMA training concepts to enhance fitness, reaction time, and control under stress, which translates to better performance in high-pressure situations. Professionally executed and proactively led, South Coast Public Safety feels both competent and approachable.
