My company, Gotion, has been using Weiser Security for a while, at our offices in Fremont, CA. and we recently ran into some issues with them. We had an escalated situation with our front lobby door, which is supposed to be secured by their team round the clock in the evening and throughout the weekends. One of their own security guards ended up breaking a part of our lobby door. This incident was after it was suspected someone else had tried to break in. We had one of their guards on duty but must've not been manning the front area for long, because our whole front door was mangled by what seemed to be a tool of some sort. The whole metal door was bent along with screws on the ground from someone trying to unscrew the frame. All of this happened when we were supposed to have their guard on duty. The handling of the incident by upper management was a nightmare. It seems they really don't care much about the companies paying them all sorts of money to be secure!! Bad attitudes and no help at all from them. It left us feeling really unsupported by a team that supposedly does their all to secure a building. I would not recommend this company at all!!!

Too much drama

Great team to work with..

I've worked with Andrew Morey and Tommy at Weiser. Very professional outfit and our HOA was very happy with the service provided.

. We had repeated situation where the security guard we hired kept leaving the site causing containers being delivered to do dry runs. Supervisor, told us they would take care of the fees related. we moved on...many months later weiser management emails a bunch of random people from our company asking for payment on the same invoice they approved to wave. After being caught in a lie via proof they now waived that Invoice for the second time. If using them be cautious. A
