Securitas is unorganized, poorly managed, and completely unreliable. Their guards are undertrained, and the service is nowhere near worth the money.

I return my uniform September 13, 2024 and I just got a latter saying that Securitas Burbank put me on debt collector for not returning my uniform which a did months ago. Called the office which I waited over 1hr to someone picked up. They said they will take me off the debt collector. I also emailed another person to make sure I'm really off. Hopefully it doesn't hurt my credit score. Also Securitas keeps calling and texting me to work which i keep telling them I don't work with the company anymore. Securitas needs to be more organized

I had higher expectations. Unfortunately some of the people in charge lack leadership skills.

Place is clean and easy to find. The workers are really nice and professional. Parking is hard to find and navigating through the building to find the office was easy
