The application process was fast. Kiyoshi Inui was very helpful and professional. I had applied for a loan with Loan Depot and had to cancel my application 5 times I chose not to proceed with the application. Kiyoshi Inui is the man!! He is knowledgeable, responsive, and helped me secure a HELOC on an investment property where most other financial institutions were turning me down (not easy to find a HELOC on an investment). The ones that did offer a HELOC wanted 60 days to close. Kiyoshi did it in 1 week or less.

We applied to Bank OF America and New Rez over a month an half ago. Sent them all their requested documents multiple times.
