This property management is very rude and unprofessional. I went in to express my concerns about their tenants having loud parties every weekend and instead of offering to talk to them about the loud noise she suggested we move to another rental! I’ve sent videos to show how loud and rude their tenants are and I was completely ignored.

The worst of appointments, Ann the property manager is super rude and unprofessional, we already file complaint against her and her staff , they scammers they just charge you the fees without even giving you any infos on the property, they never answer the phone , when you complain about it they take things personal , i have the whole conversation and the recorded calls from her and her staff in the office . Be fearful they are scam and unprofessional.

I have been a tenant through Been-Network Properties for the past 3 years and they are a great company to rent through. They have helped me on many occasions and are very responsive work with you to get anything done that is needed. Highly recommend!!!!

Been Network has handled my properties for years, flawlessly. They are dependable and trustworthy in making the decisions that have to be made as a management company. I highly recommend their services. D Earl
