I had a great experience working with Mario. He was professional, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the rental process. He answered all of our questions promptly and was always courteous and helpful. As stressful as moving can be, his communication and willingness to help made the process much less overwhelming. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about providing great service and making the rental process as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend working with Mario. Thank you for all your help!

Have been working with Mario for years, he really takes care of the people he works with. Such a genuine human, I’m sure I’ll be working with him for many more years.

The Property Management Guy has been the best experience for us. He has managed our property with full transparency and honesty. We’re extremely happy with his services.

I have had a great experience working with Mario Castaneda as my property manager. He is professional, proactive, and committed to keeping the property well maintained. Any issues that came up were handled quickly, making the process stress-free. Communication was always on point. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for efficient property management.

Military Spouse here. I’ve rented A LOT of homes over the past 17 years so I know a thing or two about landlords. The Property Management Guy knows his stuff!! He’s kind, responsive, and knowledgeable about the areas the rental homes are located in. In the 3 years I rented from him, Mario responded quickly and had a solution to any concern that we had. Mario gets it! he wants to make sure his renters and home owners receive TOP QUALITY experience and service when working with his team. Not only do I appreciate his willingness to work with my type A personality, I love that the contractors he works with ALSO have his same work ethic. Kind, excellent quality work and don’t leave me hanging with issues I encounter. We were lucky to work with Mario and sad to be moving but 10/10 I would absolutely rent with Mario again!
