Hi. My Name was Sgt Hayes. And a complaints pushed by Residence usually they don't know what we know. For instance. Cars to be towed stated and car on property that's not safe listed or has the HOA border approval shall be towed. I person puts back a car in the same position or the car not shaflisted shall be towed at owner's expense. That's their rules not owers. Even though some rules were missed for the most part they carried out the rules as requested.

The absolute worst security company. I had the misfortune of speaking with Anna tonight trying to check the history on my cars, this complex requires all cars to be safe listed, or a car can park for 1 night in a 7 day period without being ticketed. I called to confirm my cars would be safe and this woman didn’t have a clue what she was doing. Depending on the time of day when you call, you can get someone who knows what their talking about or you could end up with Anna. The guards come between 2-4am, sometimes they come with their music blasting, or come with their families including children. They drive electric cars and I guess they think their stealth. I hope my HOA isn’t paying top dollar for them because they sure are being ripped off.

If I could give Nordic Security Services zero stars, I would. In my community, you need a permit or code on the dashboard of a car. I parked for one night in a guest spot coming home late at 10 pm from work to get ready for school early in the morning for a significant assignment, and I became late as [somebody] towed the car—Park in the guest spot. You need a code to park in a guest spot or permit. Nordic does not enforce the rules; some homeowners need a parking permit or code. They don't get towed or tickets, but I got towed in one night without warning. But a car has been sitting for over eight days in the same guest spot without a permit or code against the 72-hour/three-day rule sitting the same spot rule. I have been calling since Monday, but Nordic is not doing anything about it. I have been coming home late to see that the same spot car has yet to be moved. But I get towed, and that car gets no pink tickets or towed. I gave plate numbers to them, and they said to provide a patrol car that's for three days have said the same thing, for nothing has been done, just empty words.

They don’t answer their phone, no one knows how to do their job. I would leave 0 stars if I could. It seems like everyone you need to talk to is always out or on lunch. Asked them to safe list a vehicle AFTER we already sent in our registration info which they denied they had, and they still continue to give tickets. Have called them 10+ times and they assured us our vehicles our in their system but now I’ve been towed. It’s really not that hard to do your job so get it together and quit being so horrible

Worst security company on the planet. They refuse to do anything about all the resident parking being taken by non-residents, and towed me for parking off to the side when I was recovering from a minor surgery. The very next night there were two non-residents parked in the same spot I was towed who were left alone. They refuse to do anything, and after multiple complaints, nothing has changed about non-resident vehicles. Update: One year later, I have purchased a new car. It has been three weeks, I’ve sent my information to them multiple times, and they can’t manage to get me a new parking sticker. They also won’t place my car on the safe list, so it’s at risk of being towed, so I have to park outside of my own neighborhood. In order to get a new sticker for one vehicle, you have to have all residents and vehicles present for an inspection at 10pm. Super transparent that they try and make compliance hard to make money off towing cars. Genuinely terrible company.
