Reviewing the new ECW520, cloud based unit. I use a lot of EnGenius products, it took a little while to figure the cloud version out, because I am used to network connecting to the unit. Once I was able to connect, it has been running for a couple days now without a hitch. The only issue I have is that if I loose internet connection at anytime I have no way to connect to the unit to trouble shoot any issues. But the product itself is up to standards I am used to.

We have been a loyal used of an EnGenius phone system for well over 10 years. This company went above and beyond to help me with my recent problem. Olivia and her manager Walter quickly helped me resolve my problem and can happily say we are once again functional. Their phone system has been the ONLY one that actually works for us between our warehouse, office, and greenhouses.

I wanted to move my switch into a rack, but was not able to find the rack mounting kit that originally came with the switch. I contacted EnGenius Support and immediately received a response from Olivia. Olivia was able to provide me with a new rack mounting kit and it was at no cost. Great customer service – Thank you Olivia!

Over the years we misplaced the T-grid mounting hardware for our wireless access points (a pair of EWS360AP's). These access points are now obsolete, so I contacted support as a Hail Mary. Olivia and team were able to send me two sets of mounting hardware through FedEx, allowing us to continue using our hardware. Excellent customer service and support - Thanks again, Olivia!
