They are the best. We had some issues with a home NAS storage system, and it ended up taking almost a year to get the system hardware replaced, through no fault of theirs. Once the hardware was finally ready, they came out with no questions asked and corrected the install. They worked hard, respected our home, cleaned everything up, and provided amazing customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

I was interested in getting some local cameras set up and having Ethernet cables run to my office, and they were really great to work with. Now my internet in my office is getting over 900 Mbps for both download and upload, when it was only getting 25 Mbps before since I was further from my access point. Highly recommend!

I am so happy to have found Smartology! First of all, you are working with a group with years of experience in all levels of IT. I live in a 1990s home that wasn’t built for today’s networking and security needs. Their team basically modernized my home to a “new build” and even prepped it for the future. From consultation they heard my needs and then brought their professional insights as well. We did Ethernet runs to multiple rooms of a two story home for data ports, APs, cameras, doorbell, and home network server. They have experience with all platforms especially the ubiquiti system i chose. They were willing to educate me and walk me through exactly how everything would be done. And like any project they were able to trouble shoot and find successful solutions. I am very happy with the service and expertise. We are already making plans for future projects. It’s an easy choice, choose Smartology.

I always wait to write reviews for technology and service related stuff because problems may not arise either during installation or even shortly after. My concern and issue was that I had 5 security cameras installed for my home. Initially everything was working great up and running despite several issues and delays with the installation and lack of communication about drywall repair which I later found out after several holes were already drilled into my house for the installation. We eventually worked that out and for the moment I was a somewhat happy customer. Fast forward roughly 6-7 months later and less than a year since installation two of the cameras stopped working. I don't know if this is a software or hardware issue. In any case I messaged smartology and waited a week with no response and then sent them another message again with no response. That sent me a clear message that this is not a trustworthy company. This is despite them asking me to put in a review for them a month prior. I'm willing to update this review if they want to respond but they are certainly not gonna get my recommendation for business.

Even though we are located in Tennessee, Smartology Inc. has been able to help us remotely with Wi-Fi issues, networking, Ring devices, and wireless security cameras. They explain things slowly and clearly, which is very important for people who are not comfortable with technology. They take the time to guide you through every step until the problem is fully resolved. Their service is high quality, reliable, and surprisingly affordable, especially with their monthly plan. We highly recommend them.
