Horrible experience RUBEN D.ROSAS. He's lack of professionalism it's unbelievable this person it's so arrogant to the point to be yelling and humiliating me when when all I was doing was asking questions for a service a paid and please be careful on hidden fees.

I had been a loyal customer at Ruben Taxes for years, always filing on time and trusting them with my tax needs. Unfortunately, a clerical error made by his daughter, Desiree, went unnoticed for four years—even though I came in every single year and paid on time. Instead of owning up to it, Ruben spoke to me like a child and dismissed my concerns, even after admitting that his daughter had no idea what she was doing. On top of that, they have hidden fees that they never make their clients aware of. Every single year, new fees keep adding up, and they conveniently don’t mention them until it’s too late. What started as a reasonable service turned into an overpriced mess with no transparency. A business owner should stand by their work and fix their mistakes, not blame customers and keep adding shady fees. If they can overlook an error for years and continuously tack on surprise charges, who knows what else they’re doing behind the scenes? I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—take your business somewhere honest! 🚫👎

Just want to Thank Ruben and Alexis for their help on my tax situation. They took the time to explain what I needed to do to fix my taxes that another tax preparer filed . Prior to coming here I went to 2 other tax preparers to see if they could help me , and they were willing to fix my taxes for no less then 400 dollars . But not here at this office they actually sat there and explained to me and my daughter what needed to be done. They could of taken advantage of the situation like the others were trying to. But this office was honest, professional, courteous and put the customer ahead of their own financial gain. This definitely is a 5 star office!!! Thank you again God bless...
