Ive been going here for years. Joe and the Team are great! Very quick, easy, and transparent process. 5 stars all around! Thanks ProTax!

Luis has been doing my taxes for the past 3 years. He is thorough and has patience for my many questions! I have been able to reach him outside of tax season to help me with tax planning 🙌

I have been going to protects for years and aside from meeting with Steve in person, one time, I have worked with him virtually. He is a true professional as is everyone in the office. Kind, caring, patient and knowledgeable and he has always made me feel valued. I wish Steve all the best on his retirement. And I look forward to working with the other staff in the years to come.

I made an appointment with Steve over a year before but got an email saying he was retiring and his daughter Leah would handle my taxes instead. We had arranged for a virtual appointment, but when the time came, she never called me and I didn’t get an email or anything. I had to call the office to see what was going on and they apologized and rescheduled it for later. Leah’s communication was horrible and she didn’t even end up completing the service. After finally getting a chance to talk to her and emailing all my documents, she just completely ghosted me.

Steve Castro has been our tax man for approximately 22 years within those 22 years. He has been extremely knowledgeable and professional he has honored us as a military family and not charged us We could never repay him for his kindness and generosity and will and have referred him to friends family and colleagues. God bless you Steve!
