I've had a really frustrating experience with this security company. The service feels disorganized, and there seems to be a lack of knowledge when it comes to how they handle situations. What made it worse was dealing with the person who says he's the owner, he was very rude, difficult to talk to, and came across as unnecessarily aggressive instead of trying to resolve things professionally, I also believe this is a one man operation which makes it a bit confusing and unprofessional when it comes to raise up a complaint, he answers the phone with an attitude and entitlement as he owns the entire facility. He believes that his actions are above the law. The biggest issue is the double standard. They're quick to call people out and try to enforce rules, but then they don't follow those same rules themselves. I've seen them park in the red zone while telling others not to, which makes no sense. The owner also parks his own car like he owns the whole place, taking up multiple spaces at a time without any consideration for anyone else. It's hard to respect rules being enforced when the people enforcing them don't follow them either. Overall, very disappointing experience and not the level of professionalism I would expect from a security company.
